Chat deliverability is extremely important to SaleMove. The platform includes a real-time “Sending” and “Delivered” indicator shown on messages sent from the operator to the user. This assists the operator with knowing definitively that their message has been delivered.
If the message has not been delivered, our system will show a “Failed to send” indicator. Note SaleMove will automatically retry to send every second for 30 seconds- so there is no need for the operator to retry manually.
Question: What could cause a message to fail to send?
Answer: The visitor may have closed their browsing session instead of “ending” the engagement. SaleMove keeps the connection open for a limited time to ensure the visitor did not navigate or have a short-term disruption with their internet connection
