How do I filter and view Advanced Statistics?

For each statistic there are a number of filters you can use to change the view. The filters allow you to take a holistic approach to understanding how SaleMove is being used across all sites and operators, or dig in for a particular site, team, or operator.


1) Sites & Teams: track performance for a specific site/team or across all sites/teams collectively


2) Operators: select specific operators to view their collective statistics 

Example: select 3 operators, the chart will display the aggregate data for those 3 operators. To review engagement activity by operator, download the logs and run ad hoc analysis in Excel.


3) Date: use preset time frames (i.e. yesterday, this month, last quarter), or set custom start/end dates
