Accessing Logs

Engagement logs display everything that happened in each engagement (unless your company has decided not to store data in SaleMove). They are viewable immediately following an engagement in the Logs section.

Follow these steps to review engagement logs:

  1. Click menu button (top left)
  2. Click the logs button (clock icon)
  3. Apply date, site, and operator filters at the top

All operators can access his or her own logs in the platform. Managers and Super Managers have access to the logs for every operator attached to the site.

 

Downloading Logs

Many of our customers like to download the logs into a CSV file to run analysis with the data.

Once you've selected the site(s), operator(s), and date range, you'll see the total log count at the very bottom. To the right is a download button. Please note, the maximum number of logs that can be downloaded at a given time is 50,000.

Click to download the logs and an email will be sent to your inbox with a secure link to access the file. Please note, the link will expire after 1 hour.
