We often find that minor bugginess or issues encountered by operators can be quickly fixed by refreshing the operator platform or computer settings. Here are some tips for troubleshooting:
- Log out and log back into the operator console
- Close your browser (all windows and tabs) and log back in
- Restart your computer
- Clear your cache/cookies--be sure to choose "the beginning of time" as most computers default to the last hour

If you need to report something related to a specific engagement, you can flag the engagement in the Logs section of your SaleMove account.
