What time zone are my exports listed as?

When I look at a particular engagement the time zone varies. Why is that?

For analysis purposes, the time zones for an engagement are standardized based on where you are viewing the data.

 

1) In app.salemove.com: the timestamp of the engagement is based on your timezone, as a logged in user (converting the site time zone to the timezone of your computer)

 

2) In post-engagement emails: the date field is listed in UTC time in a 24 hour format. The timestamps on the specific chats in the conversation are also listed in UTC time, but in a 12 hour format. 

 

3) In logs download: the timestamp of the engagement is listed in UTC time
