OmniQ: Max Waiting Engagements

The maximum number of visitors waiting in the queue is broken down into queued chat engagements and queued rich media engagements. The maximum number of waiting chat engagements can be set to up to 100.

Based on the average wait time and abandonment rates visitors experience you should consider adjusting the maximum number of waiting engagements and/or increasing staffing to provide an optimal customer experience.
